- After training with the highly acclaimed and long established Upholsterer Alan Taylor in Bassingham, Lincolnshire I now run Parkinson Upholstery from my workshop in Newark. I offer the upholstery of both antique and modern furniture including armchairs, sofas, headboards, piano stools, dining chairs and much more to the highest professional standards. Re-upholstering this suite was, by far, the best option. Ian worked with me to establish the right colour scheme, in a fabric that simply wipes clean and carried out the work to the most exacting professional standard. Better than anything I could have bought new!
